Dylan Roscover
Dylan Roscover is an artist I particularly like because he has a similar art style, he uses words to create images, mainly people. But the detail of his work inspired me to make some of my work,
This is my personal favourite pieces of his work, I particularly like that certain words are much larger than others to represent their importance to the subject. The level of detail that goes into every pixel of his work is very inspiring.
The level of detail that goes into every image he makes amazes me every everytime I hope to achieve even close to this level of perfectionism, I plan to use Dylan as a catalyst for my work, whenever I get stuck I will take a moment to look at this work and hopefully draw inspiration. My main ideas link with Dylan's style or art, using words to create people or things so hopefully I can draw some knowledge from him and improve my own work
My first experiment piece was creating a person from words, and my first thought were that this level of detail was near impossible with the amount of time I had (and it may well be) Hopefully in future experiments I can create something like his work in the sense that I don't use brushes but actually manually input every word carefully so that my works meaning is a little more clear.
